On October 1, neighbors, future homeowners, community partners and friends gathered at The Granary to celebrate an exciting milestone: the groundbreaking of our first community amenity.
The future amenity will feature an 800-square-foot pool, covered pavilion and welcoming spaces designed to give neighbors even more opportunities to gather, relax and connect.
But in true Granary fashion, we wanted the celebration to be about more than what we’re building.
Guests spent the evening enjoying food and drinks, yard games, s’mores around the fire, pumpkin painting and yard games.
The celebration also supported the Milton Community Food Pantry through a canned food drive and pumpkin patch fundraiser, giving guests another way to support the greater Milton community while celebrating what’s ahead at The Granary.
This first amenity is just one piece of the larger vision for The Granary: creating spaces that make it easier to spend time outside, connect with neighbors and build a true sense of community.
