The Granary will feature approximately 1,350 new homes, a mix of single-family residences and townhomes, all designed with modern, farmhouse-inspired architecture and open, flexible floorplans.

Which homebuilders have been selected as build partners for The Granary?

Two premium homebuilders – D.R. Horton and DRB Homes – offer curated collections of new homes in a modern, farmhouse-inspired style in our initial phase. They are joined by Convergence Communities, which is creating a limited edition of custom homes.

What community highlights and amenities are planned for residents of The Granary?

In addition to 110 acres of open space – including treed paths, meadowscapes, a mindfulness garden and ponds – The Granary will feature a wellness-inspired clubhouse and lounge, multiple community pools, sports courts, playgrounds and an amphitheater. The community hub will feature a food truck park and farmers market with a unique brewery incubator nearby.

A district is established to provide a means for planning, financing and constructing various public improvements and community facilities – all for the benefit of area property owners.
