A Vision Unveiled

Real estate development company Convergence Communities has filed a request for annexation with the town of Milton that would lead to the building of a mixed residential/commercial development that would eventually contain 1,350 units and 60,000 square feet of commercial space.

Feeding Milton’s Own

The Milton Community Food Pantry recently received a donation of $2,500 from Convergence Communities. The funds will be used to purchase fruits, vegetables, meats, and canned and dry goods to be distributed to those in need in the Milton area.

A Model for Health

At its May 2 meeting, Milton Town Council unanimously approved annexation of 450 acres off Sand Hill Road. Developers are planning to build a 1,350-unit housing development known as the Granary at Draper Farm.
